Extensive experience in the field and in business real estate negotiations in the Paris Region from 1985 to 2000, heading up functional and regional departments for the global and national leader CB Richard Ellis Group, in Paris.

Benjamin joined Strategies and Corp in 2001. He is in charge of the real estate database and prospecting new clients, as well as being involved in consultancy missions for users, along with acquisitions and sales.

15 years’ experience in finance (former auditor with Arthur Andersen and CFO of SAP France). Christophe joined Strategies and Corp in 2006. He heads up projects of varying sizes (2,000 - 60,000 sqm) for different business sectors (industry, services, public sector).

After experience in asset management with AEW Europe, Léa joined Strategies and Corp in 2010. She monitors investment consultancy missions in her role as analyst and sales manager.

Marie joined Strategies and Corp in 2001. She provides consultancy for users, for varying amounts of space (2,000 - 60,000 sqm) and sectors of business (industry, services, public sector).

Thomas joined Strategies and Corp in September 2018.

He thus strengthens ties with international investors while consolidating the expertise of Strategies and Corp’s expertise in certain technical aspects of the acquisition process such as financing or structuring issues.

Thomas is an ESTP engineer (class of 2007) and holds a Master 2 in finance from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.

After an experience in property development at Icade Promotion and in asset management at Colliers International Investment & Asset Management, Pauline joined Strategies and Corp in 2017 to strengthen the investment team. She is involved in investment advisory missions.

ESTP – Engineering degree and ESSEC – Master in management, finance sector.

Matthieu, HMONP Architect, joined the Strategies and Corp team in September 2021 to bring them his architectural skills  after 7 years at YMA (Yriex Martineau Architecture). 

Matthieu is involved in both the business advice and investment advice departments on all architectural and technical issues : feasibility studies, reflections on uses, division of buildings, search for constructability, development, etc.

Alexandra joined Strategies and Corp in 2013. She works on revenue forecast, client administration and daily updates to the database, along with occasional work on consultancy jobs.
